How Weekly Cashback Works
At the end of each calendar week, tkgm calculates your net loss for that week — total losses minus total wins — and applies the cashback rate for your tier to that amount. Cashback applies only to net losses; if you end a week in profit, no cashback is applied.
This means players receive partial support after a difficult week — not as a reward, but as a practical way to recover some balance. The amount is credited directly to your account and can be used under the usual terms.
How to Move to a Higher Tier
Progressing in tkgm VIP does not depend on meeting specific set conditions — it depends on your overall activity and consistent engagement with the platform. tkgm monitors your playing pattern and regularity, and tiers are adjusted accordingly.
Stay Regularly Active
Play at tkgm every week — casino, slots, or sports — whichever game category you prefer.
Maintain Consistency
Staying active without long breaks gradually increases the overall standing of your account.
Automatic Evaluation
tkgm periodically reviews accounts and upgrades tiers based on eligibility. No separate application is needed.
Enjoy New Benefits
The new cashback rate takes effect immediately after a tier change, and improved benefits begin from the following week.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
Beyond cashback, tkgm VIP members receive a number of additional benefits that set their experience apart from regular users.
Priority Support
VIP members' support requests receive extra attention. 24/7 live chat and email support are available in Bengali.
Exclusive Promotions
Members at higher VIP tiers may get access to special offers and tournaments beyond the standard promotions.
Faster Withdrawals
Withdrawals on VIP accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — whichever method you prefer.
Early Access to New Games
Higher-tier VIP members sometimes get the chance to try new games or features on a trial basis before they are officially launched.
Higher Bet Limits
At Gold and Platinum tiers, increased bet limits may be available on certain games, which is useful for high-stakes players.
Special Festival Offers
During Eid, Puja, or other festivals, tkgm offers special bonuses or deals for VIP members — on top of the regular promotions.

Play Responsibly
Cashback is a benefit — it should never be a reason to play more. Weekly cashback returns a small portion of your net loss; but playing beyond your budget in the hope of getting more cashback from bigger losses is never the right decision.
tkgm believes the best player is one who knows their own limits. The responsible gaming guidelines include advice and tools to help you set your playing limits. And to understand the full terms, please read the terms and conditions page.
