1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkgm platform and all services provided under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and tkgm. By accessing the platform or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

tkgm operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. You can learn more on our About Us page, which covers tkgm's goals, values and the scope of its services. The platform offers members casino games, slots, live casino and betting on cricket and other sports.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict of interpretation, tkgm's official interpretation shall be considered final.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

When registering an account on tkgm, you must confirm acceptance of these Terms in the registration form. If you use the platform without reading or accepting these Terms, you alone are responsible for any legal consequences that may follow.

1.2 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — tkgm's website, mobile app and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who accesses services through a registered tkgm account.
• "Account" — a member's personal tkgm account.
• "Bonus Balance" — bonus funds awarded by tkgm that must meet specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Real Balance" — funds deposited directly by the member.

2 Account Registration

Creating a valid account is required to use services on the tkgm platform. Each person may operate only one account.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

At the time of registration, the member must provide the following accurate information:

• Full name (as on national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Valid mobile number
• Email address (where applicable)
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay)

2.2 Verification of Information

If an account is created using false information, tkgm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account at any time. Any balance held in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

2.3 Password and Account Security

The member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the tkgm support team immediately.

3 Age Requirement and Eligibility

All tkgm services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use the services.

At the time of registration, the member confirms that they meet this age requirement. tkgm may at any time request a national identity card or other documents to verify age. tkgm reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.

3.1 Ineligible Persons

Use of the service is strictly prohibited for:

• Anyone under the age of 21
• Anyone who has previously been permanently excluded from tkgm
• Anyone who has submitted a self-exclusion request
• tkgm employees and their immediate family members

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

tkgm currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name
• Depositing using another person's account is strictly prohibited
• Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn

4.3 Transaction Verification

tkgm may request additional information or documents to verify any transaction. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant transaction will be held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tkgm offers new members a 200% welcome bonus, up to ৳15,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only, and the bonus balance may be withdrawn only after completing 20x wagering on the bonus amount.

5.1 Bonus Calculation Example

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they receive a bonus of ৳2,000 — giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, the required wagering is: ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

Another example: on a deposit of ৳15,200, the bonus is ৳15,000 — total balance ৳30,200. Wagering required: ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — not until wagering requirements are met
• tkgm reserves the right to restrict the use of bonus funds on certain games or betting markets
• Bonuses may be cancelled if the bonus offer is misused
• Separate terms apply to each promotional offer

5.3 Other Promotions

tkgm runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are communicated when the offer goes live. These general Terms apply to all promotions.

6 VIP Program

tkgm's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is calculated at a fixed rate on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). The rates by tier are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: a Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.2 Tier Changes

Members may be moved to a higher VIP tier based on their ongoing activity. tkgm reserves the right to review and update VIP tier terms from time to time.

7 Gaming Rules

All games and betting activity on the tkgm platform are governed by specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before play begins.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Accepting a bet does not guarantee a win; the outcome depends on the relevant event
• Once a bet has been accepted, it generally cannot be changed
• If a match is cancelled or drawn, a decision will be made in accordance with tkgm's own policy
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, tkgm will investigate and communicate its decision

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology
• Game outcomes are entirely random and previous results have no effect on future results
• Live casino games are operated by reputable studios including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live

7.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating more than one account
• Misusing bonus funds
• Colluding with other members to place fraudulent bets
• Using automated software or bots
• Exploiting technical errors in the tkgm system

8 Account Suspension and Closure

tkgm may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms
• Registration using false information
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to pass age verification
• Receipt of a court order or government directive

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

A member may request account closure at any time through the tkgm support team. The opportunity to withdraw any real balance will be provided before the account is closed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

tkgm gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. 9.1 Use of Information

Member information may be used for the following purposes:

12 Changes to Terms

tkgm reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
